Compressor Maintenance Stand

Compressor maintenance stand designed to securely hold the air compressor in position while being stripped or rebuild as per the routine maintenance requirements.

The compressor is held in place by a set of locating pins which holds the body of the compressor in place while being worked on, each stand is designed for the specific compressor model such that when lowered onto the stand by overhead crane all pins align with the support points.

Drip tray below catches any oil drained from the unit and with a removable drain plug the oil can be safely collected in a container for disposal.

Design of the compressor maintenance stand takes into account all required accessibility points such that nut and bolts, drain points and components are accessible to the operator. All stands are designed to support the weight of the compressor and we supply a load test certificate for assurance.
